Performance Management Systems course- 2 days duration

This module is designed for all employees of the organizations that are in the process of incorporating PMS in to their activities, those that want to upgrade their PMS as well as those which want to conduct a post implementation review of their PMS. All employees are targeted because PMS affects all organizational members. Emphasis is however on top management and those at supervisory levels as they are expected to spearhead the PMS campaign in their organizations.
One of the most effective means through which organizations can create a competitive edge over and above their competitors is through incorporation of Performance Management System (PMS) in their operations, especially with regard to the management of the most important asset of an organization, the employees. PMS also tends to play a significant role in none profit making organizations such as the government. In recognition of the need to improve on the service delivery by organizations, PMS has been identified as the initiative that if well designed, implemented, monitored and evaluated can have a significant positive impact on the service delivery.
